We have had a very positive experience using Steve Beller with RE/MAX United as our realtor. He suggested that we price our home with a value range. He suggested that the top number be what our home was really going to sell for and the bottom number to be a number that is just to get as many buyers to see our home as possible. We even had some doubt. At one point, we wanted to accept $5000 less than our top number. Steve said "no"; he said we should hold out for the top number that we originally agreed on. Thanks to Steve, we got the hold out for the top number that we originally agreed on. Thanks to Steve, we got the price we wanted without reducing it at all.
